Dale moved her office to new premises yesterday. I was glad to be of use as babysitter for a few hours in the morning and again in afternoon
I've yet to visit the new place and also be taken out in Tim's new Ute a Ford Ranger dual cab. Which for those who can'yt work it out is a four seater cab
How can he have a new vehicle and not take me out for a spin? That's not the deal Tim

Dale and I took the children to church this morning. A small fellowship of mostly young families.
We started with coffeetime and biscuits and afterwards there was endless coffee and tea available and a light lunch was served. As you can imagine there was much conversation and companionship.
I was able to help Lynn a bit in the kitchen. I met Lynn at Church a few years ago and again at Tim's birthday party in June 2014.

A quiet day at home followed. Roast lamb for evening meal, served with roast potatoes, onions and capsicums. Fruit salad of Cantaloupe melon and seedless grapes

Tim and Austin found this little fella in the garden, a posum, he seemed very sleepy and didn't mind them being near him.

Daisy and I get on well together, until her parents show up!!
Quite normal for an eight month baby
Going to miss these little ones!

Tarsh, childminder, interacting with Daisy and Austin

Whistling Kites

A couple of spectacular shots taken on our Crocodile trip the other day

Pictures taken with Tim's iPhone 6. Whoever needs a camera?
Perfect Tim, thanks for sharing

Hotter than ever this morning! Phew, so glad to have the airc - on as Austin puts it!

Colouring pasta to make a necklace
Blue is Austin's favourite colour, rather a lot in the blue die, took a bit of stirring to cover it all
Constant visits outside to where it's drying in the sunshine, he's wanting to make the necklace NOW obviously!!
Diluted food colouring does the job nicely

I wonder if we've done this in Messy Church?

Just half way through my trip, I had fournights in Singapore, if you read the beginning of my blog you'll know all about it.
Tom, my travelling companion, reports a wonderful three day ride on the Ghan railway from Darwin to Adelaide. Good views and comfortable journey by all accounts. I hope I'll have more pictures in due course.

The Finke river originates in the Northern Territory's McDonnell Ranges
and travels from here to South Australia, making it one of the largest rivers in Australia
The Finke river has long been accepted as the oldest river in the world.
There are pockets of water but largely it's pretty dry

Three dogs live next door, Terra, Luna and Trousers

Terra and Luna are self explanatory however Trousers is a strange name, it's not of the local language - they say pants! Austin loves to tell us the names but doesn't like to be near them especially Trousers.
